I have unidentified Westmoreland milk glass…?

I recently came into possession of some Westmoreland milk glass. I am having trouble figuring out some things for two of the items. The links to the photos are below. On the first one, I cannot figure out what kind of dish it is. I have spent countless hours surfing the web and still can’t find an answer. It has the WG marks but I am unable to figure out what it is. The second one may not even be Westmoreland. I can’t identify the pattern or what it is. I think it’s some kind of candy dish but I’m not sure. If anyone knows anything about Westmoreland glass or can tell me a website that may help me figure it out, I would appreciate the help. Thanks!
