What rentals will I need for the reception?
I asked my caterer for a list, but he never gave me one. Later, he asked me what items I was planning on renting. Does anyone have a list of rental items…I want to make sure Im not missing anything!
We are planning on having about 110-115 guests.
I think I need:
1.Tables
a.13 – 6’ tables
b. 1 – ½ round 4’ table
c. Cake table
d. Guest book and favor table
e. Gift Table
2. 17 Table Linens
3. 114 Chairs
4. 140 Water Goblets (to be used for wine & water)
5. 20 beer glasses (bottled beer, served with glass only upon request)
6. 1 Bar
7. 1 Tent
8. Lighting
9. Dancefloor
Any thoughts or ideas VERY much appreciated!
BRIDE TO BE 10-4-08!
Do you have to rent the dishes/chargers and flatware? Sometimes caterers provide those, but you should check.
Do you want chair covers or are the chairs nice enough looking that you won’t need them?
