very similar… and my own recipe for Catalan fish which is something like cod or hake seasoned with black pepper, cooked in a little white wine with saffron , garlic and pimenton, a little chilli. And Cypriot potatoes par cooked and added toward the end with some mussells and large prawns. Then add fresh coriander, and serve with a green salad and some white wine and Fench bread.
