Is creamer and sugar in my coffee bad for me?
I only drink coffee two days out of the week, that’s when I need to be up at 6 a.m. I drink my coffee out of a 15 oz. mug so roughly I drink four cups of coffee per week. But I was just curious as to if the creamer and sugar I add to my coffee is really that bad for me. I add 1 tablespoon of sugar and chocolate creamer to my coffee for each of those two mornings. So that’s only 90 calories of sugar and 90 calories of creamer all together. That’s not too bad for me right?
