
Tell me if this will work out, Please.?
Okay. Right now I weight about 218lbs, but I’m really tall, like 5’11/6’0. And starting in the second week of January I’ll begin a diet. My diet consists of this:
I’ll drink green tea, then run for 1 hour in the mornings. Eat breakfast which is Special K, eggs, and grape juice. In the afternoon, around 3pm, I’ll run for 2 hours, and do weights. And my lunch will be the kind of salad people who want to stay fit eat with shredded chicken, my drink will be water, my snack will be apple, banana, or orange, or possible Special K. At night, I’ll eat the cereal special K. Then before going to sleep I’ll drink Green Tea, again. And in 5 weeks later my routine will change to lifting more weight.
Will I be able to weight about 150lbs by July of 2008, if I truly and honestly keep this routine?

Yes, but you will suffer from burn out within the first month because you won’t be eating very much and Special K is nasty. Your going to be working out everyday and that will get old quick.
You need to eat all food groups like this
Protein – 1 serving each meal
Veggies and Fruit – a serving or two each meal
Carbs – 1 serving each meal
Dairy and Fat – 1 serving each meal
You need to have two snacks of 1 protein and 1 carb
and you have to drink water, not just green tea but water.
You need to exercise 3 to 5 times a week alternating between cardio and weights.
This is easy and you won’t get burned out as quick, you will lose 1 to 2 lbs a week.
