Question about flavored iced tea and dieting?
First I was thinking I was doing myself good by cutting out sodas. But I looked at the ingredients of the flavored iced teas, and Crystal Light mixes. They all have aspartame in them. So I’m wondering if I’m falling into the “diet soda” trap of something having no calories, but is still hindering weight loss.
I’ve been doing the same and I’ve lost weight but if your that worried about it try Mio (no aspartame).
