Full on a low-calorie diet?
I have modified my diet to about 1300 calories a day. I still feel full after only 1300 calories. I know that a “good diet” will not make you feel starved, but am I supposed to still feel this full? Here is what I had today.
Breakfast:
2 eggs scrambled w/ 1 large mushroom
20 green grapes
1 cup vanilla soymilk
1 cup coffee w/ 2 tbsp creamer
calories: 365
lunch:
2 slices whole grain bread
1/2 cup shredded romaine lettuce
10 cherries
1 cup vanila soymilk
4 slices deli turkey
calories: 372
snack:
yoplait yogurt
chewy granola bar
calories: 270
dinner:
2 cups steamed broccoli
29 green grapes
crystal light “milkshake”
calories: 366
the only exercise i have done today is clean my room, living room, and kitchen, so not a lot of activity. is it good that i am still full? or should i eat less?
Yes it’s natural to still be full! I have lost over 50 pounds just by eating only when my stomach growls and I eat food that my body uses. I don’t eat processed foods. I fill up on lean meat, veggies, veggies, veggies! It’s working for me.
